Khan was right handed batsman. He played for major teams India, England, Maharaja of Patiala’s XI, Oxford University, Western India, Southern Punjab and Worcestershire. He played test matches for both of teams England and India.
Khan made his test beginning for England against Australia in 1932 and his last test was India vs. England in year 1946. He was played six test matches and made one hundred ninety nine runs. He was also played one hundred twenty seven first class matches during his cricket career.
